A Pedestal Is A Prison, Like Any Confined Space
A pedestal is as much a prison has any small,
confined space.
Here are some of my favorite quotes of feminist icon, Gloria Steinem, as Women’s History Month comes to a close.
If women could sleep their way to the top, there’d be a lot more women at the top. Read the rest of this entry
Guys Are Getting More Romantic
Guys are all about getting sex and avoiding love. Right?
Guys want random sex more than committed relationships. Women, the old ball and chain…
That’s what stereotypes say. But that’s not what guys say. A large-scale survey called “That’s What He Said” found that young men between the ages of 15 and 19 are more romantic than past generations. Read the rest of this entry

In 1905 a laundress sued her employer for making her work more than 10 hours — Oregon’s legal limit for women back then. The case eventually wound up at the Supreme Court, where her employer made this feminist argument:
Limits on women’s work hours discriminate against them.
But the Justices upheld the law, saying that women are like children, both needing special care. Read the rest of this entry
Sex Isn’t About Fun. It’s About Procreation
Sex isn’t about fun. If you want to have fun, read a book, go to a movie. Sex is about the procreation of children.
Jerome Corsi’s not alone in that belief. Read the rest of this entry
